This float is not ever going to tip or flip over. Incredibly stable in the water. Completely fabric covered with wide, comfortable straps and very secure fastening system. No areas that will rub or cause a rash. We're using it with an 8 month old. The ring around her is so wide that she can't get her hands in the water, but that will change quickly.Putting the baby in the float is very challenging. Almost impossible for one person to do. Instructions say put them in it before you get in the water, which is impossible with a child who can't stand on their own. But once the baby is in the float, they are absolutely safe!

This is one of the best floats I have seen for a baby. She is 8 months old and really seemed to enjoy this float. She seemed very comfortable and content. I love the fact that it has the shade and the tail included with it.

I have to have my little one stand up and have someone help me so she doesn't fall over while I'm buckling her up. She is usually very loud and playful but stick her in this in the water and she's just relaxed and quiet as can be. I love the loop in front I will attach a leash to it put my arm through then take off swimming as she's tugging right behind me. I put it in the trunk while it was went and it soaked up all the dirt ?took the cover off and it washed right out. Very easy to wash. As much as I love it. It is bulky and takes up a lot of room and is extremely over priced.

It was so easy to strap them in it and comfortable that they didn't fuss. They enjoyed and relaxed in it so much that fell asleep while floating in pool. Very well made. Grandma is happy.

Our grand baby loves it. Very sturdy and supportive. Easy to fasten harness, and the canopy keeps the sun off.

We started using this product when my son was about 10 months old. We joined a pool and he enjoyed floating on his stomach. As he began to walk, he got a little frustrated as he couldn't reach things well, but could use his feet in up to 18 inches of water to move and float himself. As he got more mobile, he appreciated this float less. My son wears 3T at 13 months old so while this fits him it is tight around his stomach area when you use the velcro. Perfect for littles to float in pool. Now at 13 months and walking 98% of the time, he uses a regular swim/life jacket. So the length of use will vary on child's mobility and size. It works very well for its intended purpose, but if your child is walking I would look into something different as this frustrated more than helped. In my opinion, in small levels of water (18 inches or less in our experience) you run into a potential for tipping over if child is walking while wearing.

My grand daughter loved it. I felt very safe with her in the water. The protection from the sun was wonderful.

This product is was perfect for the purposes we used then for! We used this for our 8 month year old while on a three week vacation. Our main purpose was for use in the ocean. The baby was very safe even when small waves came 1~2 ft. A little dangerous if they were any higher. The shade was great! I loved that It was not in inflatable product. Getting my baby in the product was only a slight challenge because he could not stand in his own, so holding him up while putting him in the device was the challenge. We didn't try to find a perfect method either. So there's that but it's a pretty intuitive design as far as operation is concerned. Overall success for our needs.
