This float is fantastic for our 4 month old! It's comfortable and super durable! We feel safe having our baby in the water and on the boat at the lake when she's in this floaty! The only complaint is it was delivered broken and we had to watch for sharp plastic before putting her in it! It didn't effect the way the float worked, but wanted to give other buyers a heads up to check the packaging before putting baby in their float!

We had our 3 1/2 months old grandson over for a visit over the 4th and it was hot. Not a problem thanks to this awesome float! He enjoyed floating in the cool water on his back being able to see us and look around without getting water onto his face... wish I had taken photos, but we were too busy having fun! The 5-point harness was easy to use and provides secure protection to keep baby from slipping under the water. The release button is covered with a safety cover to prevent baby from accidentally releasing it. The addition of the footrest prevents baby from unintentionally flipping over with the float and is a great safety feature. The canopy provides ample shade and kept the sun off his baby skin. In addition to floating on baby's back, or what the listing calls Backstroke, the float can be used with baby on its belly (breaststroke) and is just as secure in that position with baby's chin resting on the pad specifically designed for that purpose. We love that it is made out of solid floating foam material rather than inflatable, making it impossible to deflate. I'm confident that we will be using it for years to come with future grandchildren once our grandson has outgrown it... recommended age range is from 3 months to 24 months or 10 to 40 lbs. A fun and practical summer necessity if you have a baby and enjoy spending time in the water... highly recommend!!!

I have two year old and new born. I am using this for my two year old for now and can see using my newborn as he gets little older. Its very sturdy and doesn't flip. Its great buy two growing kiddos as both can use it as they are getting older. I like the fact that its not inflatable which can be puncher or becomes weak after certain use. I have not tried it with my new born but my two year old can splash around and kick her feet and float around in the pool. I like the visor as it keeps her away from the too much sun. I think all kiddos like water and she is no different. We feel this float is safe. We always use the attach float on the back to keep her stable and safe.

We bought this for our almost 6 month old and she loves it! It is very well made, and works great. It's very stable in the water. The canopy is really why we bought it and it shades the baby perfectly! We have used it multiple times at the lake as well as in a pool. Highly recommend and worth the money!

I have purchased this for my 5 months old baby. To me safety first and for this reason I avoid inflatable float that always a risk of being leaked. This float is non-inflatable that has minimum risk. It is easy to use and the belts are tight and safe. The canopy is particularly useful in a sunny day.
