HECCEI will display the estimated delivery time according to the order type. The estimated delivery time is only a reference time. The reference time is estimated based on the inventory status, the normal processing, the delivery time and location. It is not a promised arrival time, nor is it equal to an actual arrival time.

The most suitable carrier will be assigned depends on our customer’s different shipping countries and districts. Our logistic partners includes UPS, FedEx,DHL, Amazon logistics, EMS, Australia Post, DPD etc. Not able to designate courier.

Usually a shipping email with tracking number will be sent to you after your order is shipped out. You can log in “My account”, Click “Orders”, In “Orders”, you will be able to get an overview of your order history and tracking number. You can also track your info on https://www.heccei.com/track-my-package/

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Unfortunately, we can”t change the shipment once the product is en route.

All orders shipped from overseas warehouses are subject to duties/customs taxes on delivery (DDU), and customs fees are at the expense of the customer if there is any. The customer is responsible to know the customs policy of their own countries. If the packages are detained by the customs, it will be the customer’s responsibility to communicate with the customs. If the packages are returned due to the lack of communication between the customer and the customs, we will not be liable for this. If the packages are returned due to the customer’s refusal to pay customs duties or refusal to communicate with the customs, we will deduct all costs incurred from the amount paid by the customer.
